QIE GROUP peanut oil pressing process includes: Cleaning → Crushing → Flaking → Cooking → Pressing → Crude Oil Filtration, each stage supported by dedicated equipment.
1. Cleaning
Select fresh peanut kernels (GB 1533 compliant). Remove stones & impurities via vibrating screens, extract metals with magnetic selector, and eliminate dust via cyclone systems.
2. Crushing & Flaking
Teeth-roller cracker breaks kernels into 6-8 pieces. Hydraulic flaking mill press them into 0.5-1.6mm flakes to rupture oil cells for higher oil yield.
3. Cooking & Stir-Frying
Steam-cook flakes in vertical cooker to activate oil release.
Uniformly frying kernels in drum frying seed machine(direct fire), then cool with smoke extraction.
4. Pressing
Feed cooked & stir-fried peanuts into screw oil press machine. Achieves low residual oil in cakes with our advanced peanut oil pressing machine.
5. Crude Oil Filtration
Initial settling filtration in settling tank, then polish-filter through plate-and-frame filter to minimize slag cake content for effective degumming.
