What’s The Palm Fruit Pressing Process Flow?

Palm oil is released from pulp through precision pressing. Here are the core steps:

1. Sterilization & Threshing
   Fresh fruit bunches are weighed → rapidly sterilized in vertical sterilizing tank to prevent rancidity → mechanically threshed to separate grains from empty bunches.
2. Pressing & Extraction
   De-bunched fruits are steamed, mashed, and pressed in oil pressing machine to extract crude oil. Wet fiber cakes are diverted for energy reuse.
3. Crude Oil Clarification
   Multi-stage screening → clarification → vacuum drying → pure crude oil.
4. Kernel Recovery
   Fiber cakes undergo: Air-separation → shelling → kernel-shell separation → drying (Closed-loop zero-waste system)
