Recently, QIE GROUP successfully delivered a 200 TPD cottonseed oil solvent extraction production line to Uzbekistan.
This turnkey project covers the complete process—from cottonseed pretreatment and solvent extraction to crude oil refining—fully demonstrating QIE GROUP’s over 40 years of expertise in edible oil engineering and process integration.

Cottonseed features a relatively high oil content, while also containing gossypol and fibrous linters, which place higher demands on process design and equipment configuration.
Through a fully enclosed delinting system, combined with crushing, dehulling, and high-efficiency kernel–hull separation, QIE GROUP achieves a delinting rate ≥95% and a dehulling rate ≥90%, effectively reducing impurities and gossypol migration risks and laying a solid foundation for stable oil recovery.👉(Cottonseed oil processing from delinting to pressing)

The production line adopts a pre-pressing + solvent extraction process route, increasing overall oil yield by 3–5% with a residual oil content ≤0.5%.
The solvent extraction system features a fully enclosed negative-pressure design and low-temperature desolventizing technology, balancing high oil recovery, preserved meal protein quality, and safety and environmental performance, while reducing total energy consumption by approximately 15%.

The refining section is configured specifically for cottonseed oil characteristics, integrating mixed oil Degumming, Deacidification, Decolorization, Deodorization, and winterization (dewaxing) processes to ensure clear oil color and stable product quality. The entire line is equipped with a PLC-based automatic control system, enabling real-time monitoring of key operating parameters and ensuring safe, reliable, and continuous operation. 👉(Refining process for safe and clear cottonseed oil)
