Recently, the 400 TPD rice bran screening, pelleting, pretreatment, and solvent extraction workshop project undertaken by QIE GROUP has successfully entered the final stage of installation and is expected to be officially put into operation later this month.
This project is a customized one-stop turnkey solution developed by QIE GROUP based on the client’s actual needs and our extensive experience in the rice bran oil production industry.
Taking into full account the climatic conditions of Northeast China and the characteristics of rice bran raw materials, the pretreatment section adopts a screening + pelleting + drying combination process, equipped with a complete air network dust removal system. This design greatly improves the working environment by reducing dust, enhancing both safety and environmental protection.

In the solvent extraction workshop, QIE GROUP has selected efficient and proven solvent extraction equipment, integrated with an advanced frozen exhaust gas recovery system, liquid ring vacuum system, and multi-stage energy-saving heat exchange solutions. These innovations ensure stable product quality while significantly reducing steam and solvent consumption, helping the client achieve higher energy efficiency and lower production costs.

Since the project officially started construction in late June 2025, the QIE GROUP project team has maintained close communication with the client, scientifically planned the construction schedule, and worked overtime to ensure safe, organized, and efficient progress. The project has now entered the final stage of equipment installation and is expected to be fully operational within this month.
