With the same raw materials, why do some edible oil mills consistently achieve higher and more stable oil yield?
The answer often lies in every detail of the pressing section.

In the cooking & conditioning stage, QIE GROUP offers both cold and hot processing routes:
Cold pressing uses gentle temperature control below 70 °C, maximizing the retention of natural activity, flavor, and nutritional components in the oil;
Hot pressing and pre-pressing apply precise thermal treatment at 100–120 °C, promoting protein denaturation and oil coalescence to form press-friendly material, while fully releasing the characteristic aroma of oilseeds such as peanuts and sesame.

In the core pressing stage:
QIE GROUP adopts high-stability screw oil press machines to achieve continuous operation and high-capacity oil output.
For premium cold-pressed applications, hydraulic oil pressing systems are also available, using low-temperature static pressure to preserve flavor and nutrients.
After pressing, the crude oil is rapidly purified through plate-and-frame or leaf filtration systems, effectively removing impurities and improving oil clarity.
Supported by an intelligent PLC control system, key parameters such as temperature and moisture are adjusted in real time. Whether in full pressing or pre-pressing mode, the system ensures consistently high oil yield and reliable residual oil control.
