🔹 Full Pressing Process
Core equipment: Screw oil press machine.
Conditioned copra material is subjected to high-pressure mechanical pressing after cooking, with residual oil content controlled at approximately 6%–8%.
The resulting crude oil features a rich natural aroma, though overall oil recovery is relatively limited, making this process suitable for products that prioritize traditional flavor and sensory characteristics.

🔹 Pre-Pressing + Solvent Extraction Process
Core equipment: Pre-press machine, extractor, evaporation system, and DTDC desolventizer-toaster-dryer-cooler.
Most of the oil is first recovered through pre-pressing, followed by solvent extraction to remove residual oil, reducing meal oil content to around 0.5%.
