Did you know that from the moment a soybean enters the factory, its oil yield, energy consumption, and even extraction efficiency are already influenced by the pre-treatment section? 👉(How pretreatment affects oil yield and efficiency)
This is why the soybean pre-treatment workshop designed by QIE GROUP plays a central role in modern soybean oil processing plants.

After entering the production line, soybeans go through weighing, screening, destoning, and de-ironing, removing impurities that may affect stable operation.
They then enter the conditioning tower, where steam and hot air adjust the moisture to about 10% and raise the temperature to 60–70°C, creating optimal conditions for cracking, dehulling, and flaking, and directly affecting the overall solvent extraction efficiency.

The following process—two-stage cracking, two-stage dehulling, flaking, and expanding—precisely controls particle size, flake thickness (0.3–0.35 mm), and material structure. This improves permeability, increases filtration speed, and reduces solvent residue, ensuring better performance in the solvent extraction plant.
After expansion, the material is cooled uniformly in a counter-flow flap dryer, preventing rehydration or cracking and enhancing structural strength for solvent extraction.👉(Soybean oil solvent extraction process)
The entire soybean oil production line is equipped with centralized computer control, interlock protection, and a full-line dust removal system. Key parameters remain visible and traceable to ensure stable, safe, and energy-efficient production.

When pre-treatment is done right, half the success of the soybean oil processing plant is already achieved.
If you’re planning a production line upgrade, QIE GROUP can provide a tailored solution for your soybean oil project.
